This new song is from an artist that I have never heard of called, Tone Spliff. He is from Utica, NY and is working Hip-Hop as his side job for now. The song itself is oddly edited for curse words (maybe because it is a radio rip) but you can still appreciate it to it's full beauty. The beat is a light, easy to listen one that oddly compliments the deep voices that rap over it. Give this one a listen...
